Are you an Achiever?

“None of us will ever accomplish anything excellent or commanding except when he listens to this whisper which is heard by him alone.”

Achievement doesn’t mean to be something super awesome. To be an achiever, you don’t need to be a famous celebrity, writer, business person, lawyer, doctor, sports person and blah, blah, blah.

Achievement is what you are as a human. “Achievement is not the mountain we conquer but OURSELVES.” Look into your relationships. Are you fulfilling all the duties!!?? If you are satisfied and happy in what you are, you are an achiever. Being a son, a daughter, a father, a mother, a husband, a wife, a brother, a sister, a friend, a mentor and so on…. are you satisfied  and happy with what you are doing!

For me, Being happy in itself is an achievement.

Aristotle Says, Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.”

Widen your circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature, whole humanity. Stay happy and make others happy. Learn to live the life and spread love. If being a son or a daughter, your parents are not happy with what you are doing to them, to your life, to your future then, whether you are a Ph.D holder, a well-known scientist, an inventor or a celebrity, you can not call yourself ‘an achiever’. In fact, you are a failure.

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.”

If you are not a renowned person, it doesn’t mean that you are not successful. Success is not about being popular. Your personal achievement starts in your mind. Setting goals to become a lawyer, writer or engineer is of course part of life and needs not to be ignored but what if after getting that all, you are still not happy.

Positive thinking is an achievement, making others happy is an achievement, helping others is an achievement, bringing smile to others’ faces is an achievement, giving your children good guidance and education is an achievement, spending time with your old parents is an achievement and the list goes on… These are accomplishments in itself.

The greatest degree of inner tranquility comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being.

Award yourself with an ‘achievement certificate’ when you make your loved ones happy.

Hope you like the post. Keep on smiling and take care 🙂 .
